I have visited at your ajmer office twice first on 30-7-09 . i meat there mr.prasant regarding my bill complaine .he assured me to settle the things and inform me.but nothing is done so far than i visited for the second time today at3.15hrs by token no.61.i was waiting for my turn to come but unfortunatly the girls are not paying attantion and busy in their business and attanding the people who comes after me.i requested them but the seems to be careless.arround3.50 mr manish came from out side i requested him to listen but he went in side the office and get bussy in checking his mail.that makes me upset.and after waiting almost an hour i left the office.than mr manish gave me a call and told that he will respond me soon regarding my problem with bill.

and still there is no one to give proper care of client.please help me out.
