1) not getting insurance paper
2) not having good communication
i brought my new vehicle on 9/11 ford Figo from Vansh ford Raipur city.it was my first experience with ford which was good but about the services i am disappointed from the services side.i purchased my car on 9/111 on that day i gotted some paper but they asked time for insurance paper.i was quite okay, after 1 month i followed up of this issue then my sales officer saided he will get and he well give me this paper but after some more time i when didn't gotted i called but not gotted satisfactory answer then after some time i visited Vansh ford which is 500kms from my living place i talked to assistant sales officer i introduced my problem to him then he explain the process of that paper and i asked for soft copy of that paper and he was ok with that but i didn't gotted that paper till that that day i called many time but not getting satisfactory answer from that party and its seems very irresponsible behavior of them, i am complaining this because i think it can help me but if it will not work may be i have to go through leagal process i am sorry to say but i can't waste my time in phone calls and visiting Vansh ford.
