PF account balance not received

Dear Sir /Madam,

I got confirmation from my previous employer that the FP account from has been sent to Bandra PF office for settlement and money would be credited in my Bank account within 90 days from dated on 10 January. But it has been passed 10 months I have not received money yet now even any response.

Please help me out me.
