Amount deducted recharge not done

Order No. 1391892 from CCAvenue for Airtel recharge of Rs.333 was acknowledged by CCAvenue on 21 March the recharged amount (Rs.333) has been deducted from my ICICI bank account, but the recharge amount has not been credited to my mobile pre-paid balance yet. Inspite of mailing the customer care of freecharge.in repeatedly, my mobile has not been recharged, neither have they refunded the amount. CCAvenue is a fraud company!
