No recharge done till yet and he amount is deducted

Today half an hour back but still the refilled amount in not credited to my relatives mobile. Refill in unsuccessful and 1010rs has been deducted from my HDFC credit card. I haven’t receive the mail for successful refill as well.

Please transfer the amount back to my card or refill the provided the number. Nor the amount has been transferred back to my credit card nor the refill has been done on my number-9711909956
