It’s been 3 months I haven't received my Insurance & processing fee document
(Sampurna suraksh). I have paid Rs. 13000 for Insurance cover & processing fee, but I
have only received
the Health insurance and the amount is -1375.
I have consulted (Suchita) from Andheri brach. She told me that she will call me back as soon as possible & solve
my problem but there is no response as yet.
she had given me a number for an executive of Icici Lombard.
From there I was told that all documents come together. But I have think I
have no proof of documents saying I have paid Rs. 13000. For processing fees & insurance charges etc.
I have called several times at the Andheri branch, but no
one’s getting back, after several attempts some executive (Manisha) took
the call and said that she is not the right person, she took my Name
and told that she will inform you. No one has come
back yet...
If the documents are not received as soon as, I’ll stop paying my instalment & I’ll not responsible for any charges.
Because of Fullerton india Banks unprofessional behaviour, I am
suffering a lot.
Is this the type of service Fullerton India bank provides to the
customers.
