Sir,
My late husband "Shri Ram Prasad Singh " was a defence pensioner and was drawing his pension from Sutapatti Branch (code-1232) muzaffarpur through SBI A/C NO-10108763820 Vide PCDA (P) Allahabad PPO No- S/C/32096/1985 .
He died on 5th June. I, Karo Devi being his wife and now his widow has submitted on 25-6 all required paper duly attested along with his death certificate to sutapatti branch, Muzaffarpur for starting family pension to me which was sent to CPPC after verification for starting family pension
Even after 1 year my family pension has not been given to me. I have given my 1st reminder in Jan to sutapatti branch who has sent it to CPPC for action
but no action has been taken. On conterary CPPC has instructed to deposit RS 4000 as over payment done to my late husband which I have deposited and I was told that within 15 days your pension will start but it did not start.
On 19-3 again I have given 2nd reminder which was sent to CPPC Patna (copy of which is with me) for action but all in vain
On 28-6 I have given 3rd reminder to Sutapatti branch which was entertained by Branch Manager himself who has written in my pressence to CPPC patna
along with Original copy of letter from defence Security Corps records stating that SMT KARO DEVI is already been granted Odinary Family Pension vide PCDA (P)
Allahabad PPO No-S/C/32096/1985 For starting family pension.
At age of 63 I have no other source of income and because of undue Delay in family pension I have suffered financial losses in last 1 year and had to bear hardship physically and mentally so please take action and start my family pension at the earliest in intimaion to email address [email protected]
