As per my knowledge the personal loan cheque was prepared from your end but same is not accepted by me, further i had visited your andheri branch and requested for the cancellation, for this i have already paid charges of Rs 1500/- on 29/07 but then also un necessary ECS of Rs 4234/- dt 05/09 deducted from my account so kindly look in to this matter on serious basis and do the needfull to refund the same as earily as possible further deactivate the ECS facility as i have not accepted the Personal Loan.
