I was holding Future Generali Life insurance ULIP Policy number 000-177-42. Due to personal issues i've surender the policy with a fund value of 23500/- after discussing with Future Genrali Official conferred that there wont be any additionaly chrges and wil be rceiving the entire fund value. But i've receved a cheque of only 11, 233/- and forced me to sign that i should understand that the unknown pocessing chages have been deducted. I request to please help me in gettig my money back and request to take necessary action against the inurane company.
