Heavy looting and harassment...
I wish to bring out a company before you which is looting the consumers and the general public. And yet, no one is able to stop them from doing it. After all, they are doing it so legally.
My father took a loan of Rs 84, 100/- from GE Money with reducing balance Flat Rate of Interest 39.06/-due to some financial emergency. After few days we received the receipt from GE Money it mention that No of Installment is 33 Month and EMI amount is 3, 118/- After five month, we got call from GE Money Customer Care Department they said Six Month onwards you have to Pay 4, 115/- rest of 28 Month. I lunch compliant against in GE Money that GE Money Sale Executive Committed Something Happening Something still there no proper response GE Money.
We paid still this month without any due
(April to August) 3, 118 x 5 = Rs. 15, 590/-
(September to April) 4, 511x 19 = Rs. 85, 709/-
Total = Rs. 101, 299/-
We went to close the account on meeting them, they said that now we have to pay more 40, 599/- I can’t believe this according to them it’s come Rs. 57, 798/- only Interest amount for 33 Months. Can you imagine they charging Rate of Interest? 65%. Yes, they have and they are doing it. I felt very bad as it is a big loss. It was again such a fraud play. They would eat heavy interest in these 24 months and loot the consumers
According to 39.06/- flat rate interest what we committed to pay amount Rs. 32, 849.46/- for 33 month.
On enquiring with them, we were given some meaningless explanations. Helpless in this situation, Are there any people who can help me in this matter? What should we do to resolve this issue? Its a fraud way of looting the consumers and that too an institution like GE Money.
Please, for God's sake, stop this harassment and also this way of looting the customers and hurting them. You might earn money and become rich. But the customer's curses will not let you be happy
