Not fullfilling the commpliment

Sir,

I, Ashish Ranjan, have booked a Philips Home Theater System (ORDER NO 109799) on 25/09 on phone from the gift360.in, a Bengaluru based company (web site- gift360.in/sbicard). At the time of booking they told me that it will be delivered within 21 working day. But till day it has not been delivered. Sir, So many times I have ask them about the order status, but every time they tried to cheat me. On 19/10 when I call them on their toll free no (18004251120), they told me that it will be dispatch within 2-3 days. but today when I call them again, they told me that it has already been dispatched on 18/10 by Over Night courier.(courier no 801123429). When I contact to the courier company they inform me that we haven't receive any courier. Today I have also given a written complain to them on their email id ([email protected]), of which reply is due.

Sir all these things have given me a kind of mental and physical harassment.

So I kindly request you to please look at the matter and solve my problem.

For this I shall be ever grateful to you.
