this is siddesh from New Zealand.as i was a customer of global telelinks earlier this year.i have stopped using their servies longtime back.some of their reps have stole 2times of 110$(nz) dollars without even my permission.only i have come to know about it when my monthly credit card statement comes.they have not even added the minutes for that 220$ worth calling time, i have been getting interest of 22 percent on it.
i have lodged an complaint on 29th of October this year, they have told that they are going to reverse my money back.its been more than two months now, they have not even responded for it,
i have been trying to chase them, but the sales reps are not forwarding my calls to their higher authorities.they keep telling that they cant transfer.i have tried talking to a rep called Nisha, they asked me to send my creditcard details.i have submitted everything, nothing happened so far,
so i would request you to take some necessary action on this fraudester please
