Not getting reply regarding personal loan

Dear Patron,

I have applied personal loan thru online and i have got call from hyderabad call center name call harika, and she has send representative to me and get all the documents which they need, unfortunatly i have not save their nos in my mobile, its allmost 15 days over till now i have not got any replay from any one .kindly let me know the status of my personal loan asap.
