This is to request you that i have taken a loan from gmac financial in indore on my scorpio in april which i sold in sept... i repaid my loan and till date i havent got noc and a merger letter of gmac with another company... as the document is required by RTO for hypothecatuion cancellation... the buyer calls me everyday to get the papers transferred on his name but it is not possible... kindly arrange to send a merger letter and noc...
