Transaction declined, amount debited from account

Hi,

I have an SB account with SBI-Bazar Branch, Rajamundry with an account no: 30031697217. I used SBI atm card in the ATM of Bank of India, located at RKPuram, Secunderabad on 11th Aug around 6:40 PM to retrieve an amount of Rs.2, 200/-. The transaction has

been declined. I tried this for 2 times and experienced the same, but the amount of Rs.4, 400 has been debited from my

account.

I am very much disappointed of such a service from SBI, the major reputed & trust worthy bank in India. I request the manager to take necessary action on this and get back to my email id [email protected] as soon as possible.
