Poor service regarding change of the broken glass of the refrigerator eon

Hi,

This is very ridiculous to say that this company is providing poor services to their customers. We trust this company bought many items there wasn't any complaints but now it is playing with the feelings of his customers.we made our complaint twice, the officer came and checked the fault but took no actions even after getting full payment. Please don't loose your customers.
