My father and my aunty have invested Rs 5000.00 for a period of 20 years under Golden Projects Limited (A public Limited company), Head Quaters: Chandigarh, EXT - NH -22, Chandigarh- Delhi highway, near Ambala, Teh. Rjupura, Distt. Patiala (Panjab), Regd Office: SCO 835, Golden complex, Manimara Chandigarh.
Accordingly the Co. had issued receipt cum allotment letter but no post dated Cheque from our agent. The details are as under
Receipt cum allotment letter No.97/ 1016, St. no. AP97-501 dt. 04-04-1997.
As when we came to know there was some fraud things going with the Company we thought of removing the money but there was no agent who did this policy. These were our hard earned money, kindly suggest how to go about it and get invested money back we dont expect the lum sum amount but we just want our money that we invested. My aunty is a widow she has 13yrs old son, she needs this money as there is no earn from anywhere.
