I have paid Rs 64000/- to Mr Bar Smith Celff for visa processing fees for job in Golden Sea Food Co. Ltd. Canada. I have paid Rs 64000/- by depositing 3 Banks payable at New Dehli Branch. I have visited to New Dehli Now i come know that he is fake

How, i have recovered the money and what are the procedures that i have to follow. kindly suggest me sir.
