Not taking 10 RS note

Dear sir,

My self Satish. R.Gupta from amravati city. I have an account in idbi bank. I have complaint of idbi that they were not taking 5, 10 rupee note more then 1-2 pack. Then what can i do for other remaining pack. So please take some action.
