I am taking laon on 25th March bank sent dd on 28th March of Rs.48882/- and clr my
account 02.04.2008. and first emi immeidately within three days. I am paying cash on regular basis
but your call centre guyes harresing me on phone. in first statment Rs.1882/- debited me. but what is this amount. if insurance amount
but Rs.50000/- insurance premium is very high. my loan tenure is 24 months form April till july 16 emi
billed and i am paying total 16 emi as per my records.

If your call centre madam harrising me on phone redarding outstandning . i am given further action
against him. bez already i am paying my emi on month to month only 2 emi paid late but before 15 days. last two days call centres collection boys calling me after six pm regarding your emi due but there is no due s form my side. but harrasing me.

We would like to inform you that the statement date on your loan account is the 5th of every month and the payment due date is 20 days hence. The payment due date for the May statement was on May 25.
We did not receive any payment by the said due date. We received your payment of Rs. 2743.00 vide instrument number 474879 on June 06.
Please note that late fees are levied due to non payment of at least minimum amount due within payment due date.
We have observed that your subsequent payments have been less than the minimum amount due, causing further late fees to be levied.
We regret that we are unable to revers the late fees which have been levied on your loan account.
The total amount payable as per the April statement was Rs. 10496.13 and the minimum amount due was Rs. 6097.79. We would request you to pay your loan outstanding as per the statements to avoid further collection follow ups.
