I am holding citibank card 5189369121309018. Due to business loss, I could not pay in time and the amount including interest charges has become exorbitant and I am trying to contact your citibank to see the account and see that some nominal amount can be cut short which other banks that is ICICI, HDFC banks are giving while settling the credit card amount. But your personnels donot have the courtesy to call back saying that they donot have option to call back from the office. When they want business like credit card, insurance and other products they pester us till we oblige, but when we are in difficulty and your people donot respond sending letters that we have to settle full amount. Last month one representative during visit to your bank informed that if we pay 8, 500/- he will inform that full amount what we have to pay, but after that he has not turned nor responding to our calls. Why is it that citibank only has to penalise us. For having taken the card and used it and due to financial problems and business loss should your people not respond.

Hope at least for this complaint you will come out with a solution. I have given the card no.
