Epeated calls for credit card selling

Hey guys, am getting repeated calls from this company associates asking me to get credit card based on my loan. I asked them not to call me but i will not get call for a week and again they wil start calling me. Every 5 mins they are calling me. And every time a different person used to talk.they are killing my time.let me know on the process of taking a legal action on them.
