Dear Sir,
I have my Current Bank Account with Karnataka Bank Ltd, Guwahati & went this morning to withdraw an amount of Rs. 1500/- (Rupees One Thousand Five Hundred) only, from the ATM of ICICI Bank located at Beekay Towers, Ganeshguri Chariali, Dispur, Guwahati-6 today morning (04/09). But unfortunately neither money nor stransaction slip came out & shows Network Peroblem, transaction failed. Immdaitely I again enquired my balance and got that the Rs. 1500/- debited.
I also confirm and made complaint to my Bank & they informed that it may take a month as ICICI Bank delays in this type of compalint/s.

Kindly look after the matter & take the step to credit back the amount to my account ASAP.
