FRIZING THE A/C DURING LAST 3 MONTHS

MY A/C WAS OPENED THROUGH HDFC BANK SALT LAKE SECTOR 5, ETERNITY BRUNCH..MY A/C NO IS 07181000003509 I OPED THIS A/C LAST SEPTEMBER .WITH THE BALANCE OF RS-13000/ ...MEAN WHILE I OPERATE THE A/C BY WITHDRAWING AMOUNT 200, ANOTHER 350... SO I SUPPOSED TO THINK MY A/C WAS OPERATIVE... BUT IN THE NAME OF PB AUTHORIZATION THE FREEZE MY A/C FOR THE LAST 3 MONTHS... IF MY IDENTITY WAS VAGUE THEN HOW CAN I GET THE WHOLE DOCUMENT IN MY PLACE...?? BY THE WAY I OPERATE MY AXIS BANK ACCOUNT WITH THE SAME DOCUMENTS... SO WHAT THEY THINK OF THE HDFC PB AUTHORIZATION COMPANY THAT THERE EMPLOYEE CAN WORK IN THE IN-HOUSE PREMECES WITHOUT GOING TO THE FIELD...?? WHY WE DEPOSITOR DEPOSIT OUR MONEY TO HARRASE OURSELVES BY THE BANK...??
