I had remitted USD 1000 to my HDFC Bank (cutomer id no. 22825117) branch from Finland on 16th February. More than one month has passed & HDFC Bank has not yet confirmed the FCNR deposit for the same.
They have a very stupid system for customer complaint redressal. Whenever I write to them an automated reply comes that they will respond in a weeks time. And after one week they will give some stupid reply without even looking into the issue. If i write again, the same thing gets repeated.
The worst part is no body responds. I do not know what to do now.
It is my sincere request to all the NREs that they should never open an account with HDFC Bank
