This is Devesh Shukla Acc. no.06511140010414, I have salary acc in HDFC Bank Sec-26 Noida branch though HCL Technologies Ltd.

I have spoken to you on21/10 regarding my complain with Hdfc Bank and I was advised to send you an Email regarding this.

As I have got this acc in April and since then I never defaulted with any parameters, I dont have any credit card and I dont have kind of loan with the bank. And am keep getting phone calls SMS and emails regarding different offers, and I am getting my bank statement though post at my noida residence which is G-119 Ground floor Sec-22 Noida. I have same address in my office and same address on my all paperwork.

But what happened on 20th of october I have applied Two wheeler loan with HDFC bank ref. no-17551962 which has declined and when Ihave checked the reason I was informed that i have applied personal loan in 2009 and due to some paper error my name is coming under defaulter list.

I have explain the whole story to the gentlaman that backin 2009 I received a phone call from hdfc sales team and I was offered personal loan of 87000 at very low interest rate which was preapprvoed.

After lot of follow up by sales I was aggreed and they said I have to give couple of documents to the executive.

Executive came to my house collected all the necessary paperwork but address proof was missing becaus at that point of time I had only office letterhead he said fine it will work.

Very next in the afternoon he called to inform that sir your office letterhead will not work, I said no problem just leave it I will see in future some other time.

But I was Shocked when He said " Sir I am going to arrange other address proof for you the only thing you need to do is say yes whenever you receive any call from Bank as you have salary acc with Bank so there would be no problem as its just a formality because bang already got all your documents and its preapproved loan"

As I was not comfortable with communication I had with that guy I have taken his name and no. and straight away I called to customer Service and arrange imediate cancellation of loan request and cancelled my all cheques which I have given to the executive I was informed that there would be some sort of cancellation fee I was not ready to pay that amt I have raised a complain abt incident and assured by customer service that it would be sorted out. she has given me ref no for my complain as well.

Two days later I have received a call from customer service informing that its been resolve for you.

but as a double check I went to nearest brance sec 62 Noida and spoken to tha brance manager. He has assured me that he will look further and there would be no problem in future.

After that every time if am looking for any kind of special assistence I was never informed abt any reason and all my credit card requests have declined. I have send an Email to the complain team as well but I did not get any satisfactory answers. As there are lot of dipartments in the bank, no one wants to take ownership and all the time I just passed piller to post.

As a customer I am very disappointed with unprfessional and irresponsible behaviour of HDFC team

As I have discussed the matter with you and I realized the I would have been arranged an investigation with you at the first place insted of talking to customer service.

Kindly have a look into the matter and get it resolve.
