I need to complaint against hdfc bank, On 19th October some fault transaction has been made in my account and total 9200 rupees was debited, there is total 4 transaction has been made, I am not aware of these transaction, I reported this incident to bank on the same day through mobile banking and bank excutive told me that they will inform me each and every details of those transaction in 5 working days, but after 1 week i did not get any reply from bank, then I went to the nearest branch of HDFC Bank (Hinjewadi Pune) and submitted the application for transaction details, but till now Bank did not provided me any details and now they are saying to me that It was my fault but I have not shared my any information to anyone. I am looking for transaction details so that I can raise a FRI against that number.
I am requesting you to take neccesary action against the bank.
