My HDFC ATM Card was swallowed on the midnight of 8 June by and ICICI ATM, just before i was flying abroad and i was stranded without money. I have registred complaints with the HDFC bank and the top management and till date even thought they have acknowledged that there was a technical error, they have failed to reimburse the same. I have written to all the top people concerned and i get only hope less sorry's.
HDFC service and commitment to customers and their senior leadership sucks.
