False withdrawl from account and misbehave by bank staff

Sir,

My name is Shobhit garg and my complaint is against HDFC bank, my mother is having an account with hdfc bank and the account is used by my mother and me for all our transactions, my mother has a problem in leg so usually she doesnt goes anywhere and i take care of every thing, ..

I am having a complain that my bank statement shows 2 ATM withdrawls of Rs10000 on the same date and at same time one from an atm in Muzaffarnagar (u.p-my hometown) and another from an ATM in Lucknow..no one from my family have been to lucknow for about 5 yaers and how can i have transaction with a single atm card from 2 different cities simultaneously..i have comlained many a times against this but bank officials do not respond it properly and their behaviour was also very rude and the misbehaved on asking agin and again later on they said k it is a transaction throug SBI ATM so go there and ask them ..we can not do anything..
