I would like to submit a complaint against HDFC bank regarding a credit card service issue.
My credit card has been barred without any prior intimation and thus I have faced many problems and it seems to be very disppointment for me as I am using credit card of HDFC and it is shown barred. As I am your regular customer and using your service I am very disappointed and also feel harrasment while using my card at mobile store and could not able to make payment when I needed. After I came to know my creditcard was not working at that time I immidiately called at customer service of HDFC and got reply that I would have to submit my document and also need to give written application about adress change and I was shocked to listen this. How come I know to submit my document without any communication? Is it only possible if I use my card and being in embarrassed situation at the time of purchase???
So kindly request you to look into this matter and justify my selection of being trusted customer.
