HDFC Bank Credit Card
Non Activation of Card

Sir/Madam,

I have been upgraded by HDFC Bank to Platinum Plus Card in November and since then I have been trying to get the same activated. I have sent them written requests through fax on 1/02 and till date the same is noty activated. Due to this I have been ridiculed while trying to use the card and finding the same declined on 5 occassions during this time which has seriously damaged my credibility.

Kindly help.
