Dear Sir,
I applied credit card of HDFC bank. During the application of card as per agent that was free card and no membership fees was applicable. After one month when card became to deliver but due to non inviability of mine at home that was not happened. The courier company was Blue Dart. They kept a paper there was mentioned contact number and package number. When i called on that number but nobody was attending both numbers. When i called the Delhi head office of Blue Dart there i tole to her my package number then she told me that package number was wrong. Due to this reason i could not trace the my card. After that i called in HDFC's coustumer care regarding i did not received my card and block the card. After complain they generated a statement that pay for Rs 200/- for membership that is not applicable during the form fill up.
