Not getting credit card statment

Dear sir

My self Mr. Ajit Anant Jadhav. I am using HDFC credit card from Nov and my credit card no. is 4346 7810 0689 6237.

From last four month i am not getting cridit card statment on time. It gets after due date or two three day before due date. so how can i abale to make payment on time, after making payment your people charging me late fee. Even today 24th feb till yet i have not get the last month statment. So every month i made a requist on phone, but no effect. Even i am not getting E-mail statement, though i had giving you my mail id. ([email protected])

So pls do needful help in this matter, if you want your valueble customer.
