I have applied Hdfc Bank Credit Card on 18th Dec & Not Received yet, but on 01.01.2011 i received a message on my mobile, that you have make a payment of Rs.936 in Irctc & Thanks for Using Hdfc Credit Card.& till today i donot have received my Credit Card, How can i do the Transaction with it, I called Hdfc C.c. Customer Care & Thay donot Agree to Take my Complaint... Wht to Do??
