Fund on holds

I had alredy informed my new mobile number in hdfc bank .but on monday 13/6 ihad recieved a letter from hdfc bank about my funds on holds without any taype pre information from hdfc bank .after letter i am ready for settelments in two episode but your officer aartee chhungani baroda alkapuri branch is not ready for settelment so please do something as soon as posible
