FRAUD WITH LOAN

I had taken a Personal Loan from HDFC bank, around 2 months ago.

They did not provided me with any documents initially. They came to my house

And took my signatures on many forms and did not let me read it completely

As there was a huge bunch of forms and they said that these are simple loan application and I will get all those documents by post.

My loan was approved and everything went on smoothly, but now I got a call from

Max insurance saying that I had applied for insurance with loan, and with premium of 52000.They confirmed that HDFC even provided them with a signed cheque of 52000.

Now if I call HDFC for any clarification, they either hang up my call or promise me call back, which is never done or say that the concerned person is not available.

I get call from Max insurance everyday and they are forcing the insurance upon me,

Which I don’t want to take.

I don’t know what to do as I don’t get any response from HDFC and people from

MAX insurance are harassing me.
