Raised for request for Closing of Saving account

Hi,

I have raised the request for closing of my saving bank account in HDFC Bank, S.R.Nagar Branch, Hyderabad. They said the it will be closed with in 2 to 3 working days. When I called again to Customer care they said that I will be closed in 7 working days. Yet the account is not closed. I have raised the complaint with customer care of HDFC (Complaint Number: HYD059119). Yet there is no response from their end. Please do the need full.
