Loan processing charges

Dear Sir,

I youdhister kumar a preferred customer in HDFC Bank Ltd, Safdarjung Enclave, New Delhi.

i was applied a home loan in HDFC Bank for Rs. 10, 00, 000/- but they processed Rs. 8, 00, 000/- which was not sufficient for me, so i took loan from SBI Bank. later the HDFC Bank debited Rs. 5515/- as loan processing fees without intimation to me.
