Dear Sir,

I Jyoti Bothra worked with Hdfc Bank Brach at Bikaner under employee code no. CJ02302 and salary a/c no.06451040000746 as a Contract Sales Executive. I have resigned my job w.e.f.07/02 but on till today i dont get pf withrawal amount So please arrange to settle my provident fund account.
