Failed dishtv payment through net banking

I have recharged my Dish Tv through my HDFC Bank Net banking system. I got a sms from bank, that is ''Rs 300 debited from your account for an online paymenttxn done using HDFC Bank Net Banking". But Iam not get any transaction ID from bank side, and the amount not credited to the Dish Tv account. Now I searched my bank account statement and I found my transaction details, that detailes are mentioned, below:-

CCA11GCPR607, AVENUES INDIA LTD, REQUEST NO 708183553.

Kindly do the needful asap.
