Not refunded amount for unsuccessful transaction

Hi Sir,

I made a online tranaction for GATE application amount was deducted twice and transaction was uncuccessfully and my amount was not refunded back till now.

I got a mail proff from GATE-IIT-Kanpur, We have refunded all duplicate payments long back in November itselt. But bank customer care team not resolving this issue.
