Compliants regarding AQB Ser Chgs

Hi Team

I am having a concern regarding my debited account balance of RS: 827.25 for AQB Ser Charge from my saving account no: 07181140023508 on 16.10.2011 which is completely wrong as i am maintaing my saving account with balance of more than 5000.00 as per saving account rules.

so i request to please look in to matter and rectify this concern ASAP,

so that i will be greatful to you.
