Wave of AQD Charges of Amount Rs 827.25

Dear Sir,

With reference to above subject it has been observed that amount of Rs.827.25 has been deducted on 27-Dec on account of AQD charges. This Account has been opened as salary A/c. I have deposited 8000 in my account but last time when i checked the balance enquiry the balance was very low. When I get mini statement it has been observed that amount of Rs.827.25 has been deducted of Three times and one time it has been observed that amount of Rs.798.05 has been deducted In this meanwhile, Request to wave of AQD charges of Rs 827.25 and Credit the same in my said A/c
