Rejected personal loan application

Hi there,

I am a resident of Noida and applied for a new personal loan for rupees 60000 (18413988).

My application has been rejected saying that the bouncing of EMIs happened with my personal loan (loan id: 15950683) which I had taken from the same bank last year.

I want to specify that I have paid all the principal and interest amount for my last loan, and there could be a serious reason behind the bouncing. How come it will happen the next time, which may/may not be applicable for the next loan.

I need that on urgent basis and I qualify all the other criteria.
