I am Ravikumar Ramrao Patil Cr card no 4050285000296028 was sanctioned loan of Rs 40000 at .80% interest. I didnt approach u but u approached me from ur phone 914439191601 telling that above loan was sanctioned to me with monthly instalments that I written down as Rs3542, 3540, 3537, 3534, 3542, 3529, 3526, 3523, 3521, 3518, 3515, 3512 toal Rs 42328.I cleared that I would pay it thro cheques only, similarly I cleared that it may happen sometimes u would receive late ch also. That time u said no problem. Again I was ready to pay post dt cheques but u told that u dont have that facility whereas u have that facility with Aaditya Services, Sangli. It was ur fault that u lied. Till today I dint receive ur written letter initially @ santionting of my loan, due date of inst. etc. I am paying as per ur ph no 02041400000 call.till today i paid by ch027868/12.1.11/Rs7081, 870/12.2.11/Rs3537, 871/3.3.11/Rs3534, 874/5.4.11/Rs3532 bounced due to ur fault, 875/10.5.11/Rs3529, 876/12.5.11/Rs3532against bounced ch, 877/2.6.11/Rs3526, 878/2.7.11/Rs3523, 879/2.8.11/Rs3521 880/2.9.11/Rs3518, 12581/2.10.11/Rs3515, 582/2.11.11/Rs3512. From ch no 27876 to879 &12581to12582 to all cheques were paid in advance with Aaditya services on 13.5.11 and 8.8.11 resp. I had registered a complaint prev and recd ur ans that no further harrashmet will be done. Ihave paid all 12 inst in advance. Pl waive late fee and settle myA/C. Reply me. Thanks.
