Hi!
The issue started when I applied for a new Debit Card as the one I am having is too old.
The card had reached my home branch at Charmwood Village and they called me to collect the card.
Once I went there, the bank official asked me to join their SIP/Pension Plan or take any bank loan or else I need to close my bank account on the spot.
I have registered a complaint with their telebanking but turned out to be useless as even after the promised 7 days no feedback yet.
The brach employee harrassed me infront of the other customers and they have spoiled work of that as I had to take a leave to go there. Kindly suggest how to complain against them.
