Pathetic Service and Consumer Cheating

Hi

I am Vijay, a personal loan customer from HDFC bank with a/c 13414035. However in due to recent shift of salaried bank account, my EMI clearance (amount Rs. 16, 970 /-) was bounced for insufficient funds and accordingly HDFC deducted charges. But to my surprise, inspite of paying the EMI amount to collection executive from HDFC, they have once again deducted the EMI amount as ECS clearance for second instance and credited back only nominal amount Rs. 15, 417 /- ) without any provided clarifications. This is absolute cheating and fraud from Bank without being informed to customer on prior notification on deductions.
