NON ACTIVATING ACCOUNT

I open my salary account in HDFC Bank. Bank personal give me a welcome kit on 31st of march with a assurance to activate the a/c within 7 working days. I submit the A/c no to my company and company deposit a amount of salary in my A/C. But till date my a/c not activated so I am not in a position to withdraw a money. I put a complaint in a customer care on 15th, mail to customer service on 15th, and talk with greivence cell and give them a mail also but there is no result. Due to negligency of Bank I put in to a worst situation.

There is no any responsible person who take a case in their hand and give me a result. I talk with every one starting from Sales Personal, Customer Service, Branch Manager, Grievence Cell. I really fedup with this bank and their work culture in this net age they are asking 7 working days and not do the work in 7 days. This is really a Great Bank. Once they tell us that your A/C activated on 20 th. means not before 20th. Very Good Experience.
