Sir,

I had a newly open account in your HDFC Bank on dated 29-03-11 hdfc caf form no sb 0110110019 and cheque no 644441 dt 29-03but you not opened my account and also not given me any type of response from your side. I have been contact in many times from your customer care executive and launched many complaints regarding my newly open account, my complaint no. is del00557 Dated14-04 and he is told me that your account will be opened in Karkardooma branch not in our preet vihar branch. But I don’t want to open my account in karkardooma branch. I face many difficulties due to situation and I hope you will realize my difficulty and take a necessary action to improve the situation.
