Sir,

I am Praful Kumar. customer of HDFC bank, Credit card Numer: 4346781004817755 (Old Credit Card Number)

used HDFC Credit Card, I blocked over mentioned card in July. I made all pending payment in july. I re-apply for the new card in September last week. Still I didn't get the card but HDFC is sending me Credit Card bill since November (In august bill due amount was zero but after two months latter they sends fresh pending bill). I mailed many times to HDFC customer service but never get any positive response. They told HDFC Ergo premium is activated on that card. If I didn't get the credit card yet then how can they activated this service? HDFC bank never answered.

They leaked my personal information to other service provider which is unethical. Now I want full settlement of this issue.
